Then join our development team at the Zurich University of the Arts.   To strengthen the development team of the Information Technology Center (ITZ), we are looking for immediately or by agreement for a: Senior Full Stack Web Developer specializing in Frontend, 80-100% (m/f/d) # Your tasks Within a team of 5 people, you will develop our open source applications «Leihs» (lending and inventory system) as well as «Madek» (arts media archive). In close collaboration with the product teams, you design, plan, and implement new features and contribute to the continuous optimization of the existing solution. You work largely autonomously on features while benefiting from regular exchanges with the team. Mutual code reviews guarantee code quality and promote continuous knowledge sharing within the team. More information on our open source projects Madek & Leihs available on GitHub. Your profile You possess solid knowledge and several years of experience in frontend development. Ideally, you already have experience in functional programming or wish to develop in this area. You are already familiar with our technology stack or are motivated to become familiar with it. It includes:   • React, Tailwind and Bootstrap • Clojure and ClojureScript • Multi-service architecture with REST and GraphQL • DevOps with Ansible as well as continuous integration (CI) • PostgreSQL, Debian web server • Ruby on Rails (legacy technology partially replaced) • Automated tests with Cucumber and RSpec   You wish to get involved technically and substantively in our products and actively participate in finding solutions. Furthermore, you use AI tools in a targeted manner in development - from effective prompt formulation to verifying generated code to evaluating architecture. A good command of German is required for team collaboration.
