Your area of responsibility

As a family-run private bank with a long-term perspective, we rely on sustainable customer relationships and innovative solutions. In this role, you will actively help shape the Avaloq system landscape in the area of Portfolio Management and, together with interdisciplinary teams, ensure stable, future-oriented processes and applications.

• You continuously support and further develop the Avaloq applications in the Portfolio Management environment.
• You analyze functional requirements and, together with Business Specialists and Business Analysts, transform them into viable system solutions.
• You design, implement, and test new functions as well as optimizations of existing processes.
• You ensure reliable and efficient operation of the responsible applications and resolve disturbances sustainably.
• You plan, coordinate, and accompany releases in cooperation with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• You create technical and functional documentation and support the further development of standards and processes.
• You work actively in an interdisciplinary, agile team and contribute your ideas to the further development of the system landscape.

Your profile

• Higher education in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Banking & Finance or a comparable qualification.
• Sound experience with Avaloq, ideally in the Portfolio Management environment, as well as a good understanding of relevant Avaloq components and interfaces.
• Experience in Application Management, Business Analysis, or Software Development, preferably in a banking or finance environment.
• Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle SQL as well as a strong understanding of data, processes, and cross-system connections.
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented way of working as well as enjoyment in collaborating with different specialist departments.
• Very good English skills in spoken and written; German skills are an advantage.

Furthermore, the following are an advantage:

• Experience in release and test management as well as in collaboration with external IT partners.
• Knowledge of agile working methods and experience with regulatory requirements in the private banking environment.
