Are you ready to- • inspire with your fascination for ICT world trends and digital possibilities • analyze existing ICT processes and prepare their automation with other specialists • manage physical and virtual platforms - from commissioning and maintenance to documentation • seamlessly monitor data and infrastructures so that they are protected against cyberattacks and secured by a backup • set up workstations and document them for their users • create small programs - so-called scripts - yourself using appropriate programming languages to, for example, automate processes What you bring with you • You have completed the compulsory school years at the upper secondary level (or at the lower secondary level and a tenth school year) with consistently good to very good performance • German, English, mathematics, and the natural sciences are among your strengths • You are fascinated by the trends of the ICT world • Complex situations and facts do not disturb your calm thanks to your networked thinking and your quick comprehension • Your joy and patience in dealing with people enable you to explain your software solutions in simple and understandable words or to instruct them in their application • Thanks to your pronounced logical-abstract thinking and your good spatial awareness, you always maintain an overview even in complex situations • With your exact way of thinking and working, you do not lose sight of any detail when finding solutions • Your joy and patience in dealing with people allow you to quickly find out the effective problem of your counterpart • Your curiosity drives you to constantly want to discover and learn new things • You are familiar with the somewhat different training model of Swisscom and definitely want to be a part of it Your training position # Duration: 4 years School locations: Zürich Federal Vocational Baccalaureate: possible Qualification: Informatikerin EFZ Plattformentwicklung / Informatiker EFZ Plattformentwicklung Further training opportunities: job-related further training, studies at a University of Applied Sciences or Higher Technical College with Federal Vocational Baccalaureate Apprenticeship start: 1.
