This enables you to have a rapid start on productive projects. From the second year of apprenticeship, you will work at our headquarters in the center of Zürich. You will accompany projects, analyze data, and optimize processes. You will implement your theoretical knowledge directly into practice. This allows you to prepare optimally for your graduation. You will attend vocational school one to two days per week. On the remaining days, you will work with our powerful team on the data and process solutions of tomorrow – naturally agile! During the course of your training, you will spend one semester at our custodian bank in Zug and gain exciting insights there. You can complete the apprenticeship with BMS, but you do not have to.
