• 29 juillet 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What awaits you • Exciting and innovative AI platform projects for our clients: from creative workshops to proofs of concept up to the joint implementation of productive solutions • Conception and design of holistic AI platforms based on the cloud or open source components, from reference architecture to the selection and integration of components • Definition of the technical target architecture and elaboration of concrete and achievable work packages • Active participation in implementation: implementation of core platform components, code reviews and deployment on cloud and on-site environments • Implementation of engineering standards and best practices for the platform, particularly regarding evaluation, observability and deployment • Technical partner for stakeholders: you translate requirements into viable architecture decisions and thoroughly evaluate technical options • Close collaboration with our ML and AI engineers as well as software developers • Mentoring and professional coaching of younger colleagues • Technical responsibility during bids, including the coordination of the experts involved • Continuous learning and permanent training as well as discovery of the different sectors of our clients • Variety and exciting collaboration within internal project teams as well as on-site at our clients What you bring • Several years of experience in the conception and implementation of AI platforms, ideally in production for clients or own products • A master's degree in computer science, data science or a related field • A technical sense for assembling holistic AI platforms from open source components • Ability to clarify technical requirements with stakeholders and translate them into viable architecture decisions • Experience with agent systems and AI workflows, RAG systems as well as the Model Context Protocol (MCP) • Rigorous approach to solution evaluation, familiarity with Evaluation Driven Development (EDD) and AI evaluation and observability platforms (AEOPs) • Experience with model runtime environments and LLM proxies or gateways • Experience with Blob storage (S3) and relational databases (SQL) • Familiarity with modern vector databases, as well as understanding of open weights large language models, including multimodal models • Experience with deployments both in the cloud and on-site, independent of the platform and the provider • Mastery of Python and software engineering best practices • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with the team and clients • Fluent proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written We are looking for you - join our team
