This is precisely where the Client Channels area begins. The focus is on central digital and physical touchpoints between ZKB and its customers, which connect needs with technology, processes, user experience, security, and operations. These include, among others, E-Banking, Mobile Banking, as well as digital opening, onboarding, and lifecycle processes.

Within Client Channels, interdisciplinary DevOps teams work on the development and further development of digital services along the central customer interfaces. The teams connect business and technology closely together and bear responsibility for their solutions throughout the entire lifecycle – from conception and development to stable operation. In doing so, the principle "You build it, you run it" applies consistently.

For one of the four interdisciplinary DevOps teams, we are looking for you as a Fullstack Software Engineer with a DevOps mindset.

Your challenge

• Development of modern digital services for Client Onboarding, digital product closures, and Client Lifecycle Management.
• End-to-end responsibility from requirements analysis through development and testing to the support of the self-developed solutions in operation.
• Collaboration with Business Engineers, Product Owners, and architects in the elaboration of technical solutions.
• Refinement and implementation of stories, including effort estimations and sprint planning in an agile environment.
• Fullstack development with a focus on Java, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate in the backend, as well as TypeScript/JavaScript and Angular in the frontend.
• Analysis of incidents and continuous further development of applications and operational processes.
• You actively participate in shaping services and technical solution variants and advise the specialist department regarding feasibility and implementation.

Your qualities and talents

• Education in computer science at HF, FH, or university level or several years of relevant professional experience
• At least 3 years of experience in software engineering / Fullstack Development
• Experience in the last three years in at least one of the areas: Client Onboarding, digital product closures, or Client Lifecycle Management
• Mandatory: Very good knowledge of Java, Spring, and JPA/Hibernate as well as with JavaScript / TypeScript
• Advantageous: Knowledge of Kotlin, Angular, alternatively React or
• Team-oriented and communicative personality with a genuine DevOps and ownership mindset
• Fluent German skills at least at C1 level as well as understanding of Swiss German
