Your game * You enthusiastically develop and maintain individual software for frontend and backend, both internally and together with external specialists. * You ensure that our solutions remain user-friendly, secure and efficient and adapt to the needs of the stakeholders. * You take responsibility in all phases of the software lifecycle, participate in architecture and technology decisions and place value on code quality and best practices. * You develop APIs and integrations, take care of data flows between systems and ensure authentication as well as secure data exchange. * Together with DevOps and IT operations, you ensure sustainable operation, analyze problems in productive systems, test new technologies and continuously improve our individual solutions. * You pass on your knowledge within the team and contribute to ensuring that our solutions remain maintainable and consistent in the long term. Our rules of the game * Completed studies (University/ETH or FH) with a focus on computer science or a comparable education with corresponding professional experience. * You have around 8 years of professional experience in software engineering with experience in frontend and backend development. * You work confidently with modern web technologies and programming languages and have extensive experience in the development of APIs and services. * You possess sound knowledge of cloud and container technologies, CI/CD, DevOps and bring experience with incident triage and monitoring of the developed solutions. * Experience with integration architectures and the operation of productive systems as well as with AI-supported development tools along the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is an advantage. * You enjoy working in a team and coordinate confidently with internal departments, DevOps, IT operations as well as external development partners. * You communicate fluently in German as well as in English and work pragmatically and solution-oriented.
