Your tasks • Setting up and operating a modern multicluster platform based on containers • Participating in the design of efficient development processes within the framework of this platform with tools and methods such as GitOps, CI/CD, and other automation options • You support internal development teams with excellent developer experience to use the platform optimally • Ensuring the availability, stability, security, and performance of the container infrastructure is your responsibility In a small team, we help Cistec's developers drive the modernization of our hospital information system forward. To do this, we use a modern technology stack, provide internal and external Kubernetes environments, and support teams in operating and setting up their applications within these cluster environments. Your profile • Experience as a software developer in a similar environment, ideally in the healthcare sector. • In-depth experience with container technologies such as Kubernetes. • Basic understanding of IT security practices (e.g., encryption, certificates, key and secret management) as well as network concepts (e.g., DNS, routing, etc.) • Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, configuration management. • Knowledge of Linux system administration as well as a basic understanding of virtualization solutions like Proxmox or VMware vSphere. • A high degree of automation and quality requirements are important to you. • Developed social skills as well as communication and teamwork abilities. • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
