• 29 July 2026 • 100% • Indefinite duration • Zürich What awaits you • Exciting and innovative projects for our clients: from creative workshops to proofs of concept to the joint implementation of productive solutions • You assume technical responsibility for your projects, lead them autonomously, and make sound decisions regarding architecture and design • Development of robust and maintainable software on a modern Python stack, with an emphasis on Clean Code, clean architecture, and testability • DevOps throughout the entire lifecycle: CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and operation with Docker and Kubernetes • You also bring your expertise during the bidding phase and contribute to the technical writing of proposals • You transfer your knowledge, mentor juniors, and establish engineering best practices with the team • Contact points with AI/ML: depending on the project, you work closely with our AI-ML engineers • Continuous learning and permanent training as well as insights into the different sectors of our clients • Variety and exciting collaboration within internal project teams as well as on-site at our clients What you bring • Several years of experience in the conception, design, and implementation of complex Python applications. You manage projects autonomously and mentor juniors • A master's degree in computer science or a related field • Proficiency in a modern Python stack, for example FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, Pydantic, Celery, pytest, uv, ruff, and ty as well as relational databases with SQL • Solid knowledge in software engineering: OOP, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and test-driven development are a matter of course for you • Familiarity with GitOps workflows and experience in DevOps with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, as well as operation with Docker and Kubernetes • Experience in agile software development • Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with the team and clients • Professional proficiency in German and English, both oral and written • Asset: experience in the open source environment, fullstack knowledge, cloud experience (ideally Azure), as well as knowledge of other programming languages We are looking for you - join our team
